Touch Screen and Display Technician

Full Time Position

Job Description

Fast paced OEM touch screen technology company seeking a highly motivated, self-starter touchscreen and display technician. This position provides a challenging opportunity to apply your technical and leadership skills to real-world manufacturing and assembly activities. You will make meaningful contributions to our company through your involvement with many departments including; clean room display and touch screen assembly, prototype building, inventory and warehouse, and shipping and receiving.

Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Touchscreen and display building and assembly
  • Touchscreen diagnosing, troubleshooting and repair
  • Assist with inventory organization and streamlining
  • Assembly picking, part scanning and tracking
  • Support for shipping and receiving department
  • Engineering support including prototype assembly and testing assistance
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve quickly within high volume production atmosphere
  • Ability to evaluate work and determine whether tasks should be improved or eliminated

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines

Additional Information

Education: High school or equivalent (Some college experience preferred)
Job Type: Full Time Position
Location: Elgin, IL. (Conveniently located off of Randall and 90)
Function: Touchscreen and Display Technician
Salary Range: Hourly ($12-18/hour, depending on experience/skill level)
Benefits: Full benefits, 401k, and Supplemental Insurance
