Tech Global provides a driver download instruction sheet attached to the touch screen display for each product. Review the driver download sheet or see the last digit of your part number on the back of your display. Download the driver that is specific to your device.

Return Merchandise Authorization

It is our goal that you should never have to initiate your warranty, but if you should, Tech Global’s support team will be there for you. Customers must contact Tech Global support to troubleshoot and if deemed necessary, receive an RMA # for product warranty and return. Instructions will be provided by a member of Tech Global’s team within 24 hours.

Product Warranty Policy and Limitations

All Tech Global’s products are warranted for three years from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects unless specified otherwise. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase. Tech Global’s warranty program does not cover damage that may occur during shipping or installation. Alteration of Tech Global’s products will void warranty. Additional services are available upon request.
